Who can help me with my Career Development?

Every person will ultimately have a career development team that influences their future career and how they get there--parents, teachers, counselors, employers, and other adults.  Even when we are little, everyone asks, "What do you want to be when you grow up?"  But, very few people know really what they want to do and be when they are little.  Ultimately, everything we do in life leads up to choosing who or what we want to be.  Middle school and high school teachers and counselors, along with parents, can help.  One way to begin thinking about a future career is to think about the types of skills and actions that you are good at or like to do based on a cluster of careers that are similar--called career clusters.
